TERMS AND CONDITIONS-

SAME DAY FLOWER DELIVERIES-

If online order is placed for same-day delivery and are not able to accommodate, we will inform the sender and provide alternative delivery days. A refund can be offered if the order is not able to be delivered. Before placing an online order for same day delivery, please send us a message to check our availability.

REPLACEMENTS/REFUNDS-

If an order is delivered and there is any question of the quality, please send us a message within 24 hours of delivery to request a replacement. We are not able offer replacements or refunds to any complaints submitted after 24 hours.

Refunds can not be granted for orders placed with incorrect information that prevents delivery, such as a wrong address or recipient name. If the new address is outside our delivery range and we are unable to deliver the order, 50% of the order can be refunded. Refunds can not be granted if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery order.

CANCELLATIONS-

Cancellation of any flower order placed online must be made prior to delivery, and is subject to a 15% cancellation fee. A refund can not be issued if order has been delivered.

INCORRECT ADDRESS/RE DELIVERY-

Changes to address information after delivery, or incorrect information resulting in a re-delivery will incur an additional $15 fee.

CARE-

Please keep in mind flowers are perishable, and plants need special care look their best. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by Clever Girl Florals.

FLOWER SUBSISTUTIONS-

We try to accommodate all special requests. If we are unable to source a particular flower or plant, a substitute of equal or greater value will be used.
